What does an exhibitor expect before, during and after a trade show of the scope of "Zootechnia"?

Good organization and facilitation in the preparation, lots of people and interest during the course, making use of the contacts afterwards. Whoever participates more than once, it is considered certain that the return for participation is satisfactory.
Today, almost a week after the end, I wonder if we are falling into a "habit", we don't see what is wrong and hope for improvement, which after two years does not come.
It is certain that organizers and participants, either as exhibitors or as visitors, have experience from corresponding exhibitions abroad.
How constructive is it to make comparisons?

Not at all, when we dwell on a bad criticism of ourselves and find no way to improve our circumstances. For the first time in the questionnaire, which was given to us for evaluation, I did not put the excellent marks that I put every year, I did not answer "yes" to the question about the next participation, but "maybe".
All other participants, how did they respond? And who reads them the next day, who evaluates them and to what extent are they taken into account?

Maybe I scored perfect again out of "habit"?
