Use of \'Arbocel rc fine\' in egg-producing hens (duration 3 months)
Data:
- Number of chickens 25000
- Housing in chambers with a conventional cage of 3 levels and a capacity of 8000 birds.
- Feed chain adjusted to 115 -120 g per hen.
- Flock age approximately 14 to 16 months.
- The previous diet included the use of vegetable fat (Bergafat T306) at a rate of 1%.
The ration provided has the following composition:
- Corn 62.7%
- Soy flour 25%
- Marble dust 9%
- Balancer 2.5%
- Arbocel rc 0,8%
The balancer contains an acidifier and an antifungal.
Results:
Although the change of diet was made in a period of less than 10 days (gradual transition from one ration to another):
- No change was observed in the egg production rate.
- The physical condition of the birds is probably better.
- The quality of the egg improved, with a significant advantage of the shell being darker in color.
